Dave and Dion are knowledgeable and fun people. They know Vanagons. My 1991 Vanagon needed a good servicing after 11,000 miles on the road-NH, AK, MT. Good people! Thanks!

Man these guys saved me big time. Was having issues with a Sprinter van 2000 miles from home. They checked it out immediately and helped me find another mechanic (Independence Automotive, right across the street) who had availability the same day. Was about the nicest thing anyone could have ever done for me, and saved my trip. Would buy a VW just so I could go here more often!

Awesome shop to deal with. The owner(s) and staff are polite, professional and just good people. On our way into town on Thursday from Idaho, the skid plate to the wife's Atlas came off on I-15. Pulled up on Friday morning just before they opened up with a hope they could help. Dave the owner stepped up and took care of it for me. No hesitation, no sorry we're busy. Just a business that takes care of anyone, especially with no appointment and being from out of town on a Friday. Wish V-Dubs was closer to Boise. Knowing they had some other appointments coming in, he still took care of some other issues the car had. Can't recommend them enough!!! Thank you V-Dubs for your outstanding service today!!!

Most genuine and knowledgable people you will meet. Had an oil leak on a road trip and they got me in same day and fixed it up as soon as they were able to get the parts to do so. Deon at the front desk was so kind and offered me a ride as well as answered all of my questions. David showed me the part that needed replacing in my car and explained everything about it. Overall, I felt informed and taken care of by this amazing team of people. This issue made me not want a VW anymore, but if there were V-Dubs and more everywhere, I would feel more secure in taking it into a shop.

Excellent folks who fixed up my old Jetta under budget and earlier than expected. I successfully drove it to MN with their guidance on what needed to be immediately fixed and what could wait. Would recommend over others like Helena Imports! Fair labor prices and speedy service with a smile.
